- Installation and setup issues directly related to the product.
- Answering questions about product functionality and product programming interfaces.
- Answering questions or addressing issues with sample code included with the product or downloaded from this website.
- Does not include:
- Teaching users how to use their container application, though to the extent of our experience with a container, we will help with questions that relate to use of our product with the container or in the case of suspected product issues, of course we defintely are interested.
- Debugging of user application code.
- Development of custom application code.
